The MCAER PG Common Entrance Test is conducted by Maharashtra Agricultural Universities Examination Board for admission in various post graduate programmes in the state agricultural universities. It is one of the biggest platforms in the whole state of Maharashtra for post graduate courses. It follows simple procedure which allows it to choose the deserving candidate and help them get admitted to the courses they want to go through.
Determination Of Merit
The determination of the merit list follows a very short and simple procedure. First of all, at least 70% marks are required in the entrance examination and then, the candidate’s CGPA or grade-point is taken into consideration and then, the merit list is formed. It takes a bit time but everyone has got a fair go at it.
Admission in MCAER PG CET 2017
A student can take admission if he/she fulfill the eligibility conditions as per the respective courses.
Only a single application form is allowed per person with only one challan common towards the examination fees.
Also, only one set of the enclosures is enough with the submitted application form. Not more than that.

Instructions to Fill Application forms (when available):
-Fill the online application form with scanned photograph and signature and the size of these can’t be more than 35 KB and 30 KB respectively.
-The applicant must have a valid e-mail address.
-After the submission, the candidates should get a print out of the acknowledgement. And keep it safe.
-Pay the application form fee through the online payment facility provided. These facilities will be enabled exactly a day after the filling up of the Application form, online.
Note:Please make sure that you remember the password given by you in the beginning of the process. It is necessary to continue the process at different stages.
Application Fee Details
-The candidate is supposed to pay the application form fee through a self-acknowledgement, after a day of submission of the online application form.

Exam Pattern
The pattern of the MCAER PG CET is as follows:
The exam will consist of objective type questions numbering up to 200. 1 Mark will be awarded for each correct answer. There is no negative marking in this paper.
