Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) issued a new notification on their notification regarding the admission of the candidates into Engineering, Pharmacy and Agriculture courses by the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination (BCECE). Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) going to conduct the BCECE 2018 for the admission of the candidates into various Engineering, Pharmacy and Agriculture courses. Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination (BCECE) is a state level entrance exam which is conducted by the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) for the academic session 2018-19. Candidates can take admission in the various institutes and colleges of the Bihar state. Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination (BCECE) is conducted in two stages and both stages are compulsory in order to get admission in the mentioned courses. Candidates have to clear both the stages in order to get the admission. The application forms are now. Interested candidates can fill the application form before the last date of submission. BCECE 2018-2019 Application Fees

Candidates can pay the fees by the  e-Challan, by net banking or credit card or by debit card before the last date of paying the application fees. The e-challan can be paid in any branch of the State Bank of India (SBI). The details of the application fees is given below:

Application Fees for the One Course: 

• Application Fees for the General  and OBC Category’s Candidates is Rs.660
• Application Fees for the SC and ST Category’s Candidates is Rs.330

Application Fees for the Four Course: 

• Application Fees for the General  and OBC Category’s Candidates is Rs.730
• Application Fees for the SC and ST Category’s Candidates is Rs.365

BCECE 2018-2019 Eligibility Criteria

Nationality:

• Candidate must be an Indian.
• Candidate must have the domicile of the Bihar State.

Age Limit:

The minimum age for applying is 17 years and the maximum age is not given by the authority.

Educational Qualifications for Engineering Courses:

• Candidate must complete 12th Standard from any recognized Board of Education.
• Candidate must study Physics ,Mathematics and Chemistry or Biology in the 12th Standard.
• Candidate must score at least 45% marks in the 12th Standard and 40% for all those candidates who belongs to SC or ST category.

Educational Qualifications for Pharmacy Courses:

• Candidate must complete 12th Standard from any recognized Board of Education.
• Candidate must study Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or Biology in the 12th Standard.
• Candidate must score at least 45% marks in the 12th Standard and 40% for all those candidates who belongs to SC or ST category.
• Candidates who are going to appear for the exams of 12th Standard are also eligible to apply.

BCECE 2018-2019 Exam Pattern

There are two stages in the exam. All the questions are objective type questions. The duration of the stage 1 is of 75 minutes and duration of the stage 2 is of 90 minutes. The questions will be asked in two different languages i.e. English and Hindi. There is also negative marking. For each correct answer, 4 marks will be rewarded and 1 mark will be deducted for each wrong answer.

BCECE 2018-2019 Admit Card

The admit card of the BCECE 2018 (Stage 1) and BCECE 2018 (Stage 2) will be released only on the official website. Candidates have to bring their admit card with them at the time of the exam. All the important details regarding the exams and the candidate is mentioned on the admit card.

BCECE 2018-2019 Counselling

All those candidates who will clear both the stages will call for the counselling. Candidates have to attend the counselling because the seat allotment process will be taken place. Candidates have to bring all their original documents at the time of counselling. Candidates will be provided the opportunity to choose the institution and course. The seats will be allotted on the basis of the marks in the written exams.
